Set Champ for Winterspell Format: Core Constructed Š Rules Enforcement: Competitive. Specific rules in this instruction sheet supersede any conflicting tournament rules. Š Structure: Swiss Rounds and possible Top Cut, depending on attendance Š Players allowed in your venue cannot be restricted from this event for any reason other than physical space requirements to ensure fairness and inclusivity for the community. Š Swiss Rounds: 60 minutes, best of 3 Š Top Cut Rounds: Š Best-of-three Š Untimed rounds (optional 70 minutes but must be announced prior to the beginning of the top cut rounds) Are decklists required? – No. Are judges required? – Stores must have a person on hand who is experienced in judging trading card game events and playing the Disney Lorcana Trading Card Game. This person cannot participate in the event. Can stores add store credit to prizes? – Yes, following all applicable local laws. Can stores add cash to prizes? – No. Can the owner of the store play? – Yes, as long as they have staff or judges to manage the tournament who are not participating as a player. Are stores allowed to restrict participants in any fashion? – The minimum number of players in the tournament is 8. You must attempt to accommodate as many participants as you can with your store’s Organized Play seating.
